Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning long-term vision with quarterly deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead diverse teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver complex, futuristic solutions.
- Innovation Labs: Conceptualize and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech interfaces) to validate market fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Present high-level technical concepts to C-suite executives and investors, translating complex data into compelling narratives.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks associated with emerging technologies and establish frameworks for ethical implementation.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure technologies.
