Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging technologies and trends expected to dominate the 2026 landscape, specifically in AI, sustainability, and automation.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to align technical roadmaps with broader business goals and long-term vision for 2026.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate current infrastructure against future challenges and opportunities to develop mitigation strategies and innovation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner, fostering buy-in across the organization.
- Talent & Culture Planning: Anticipate the skill sets required for 2026 and work with HR to design upskilling and recruitment strategies.
- Vendor & Partnership Analysis: Assess potential technology partners and vendors to ensure they align with our 2026 strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, systems architecture, or technology management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
