- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to define the company's technological trajectory for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into our product development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal innovation labs and hackathons focused on futuristic solutions and proof-of-concept development.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape and advise on necessary pivots.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key technology partners and academic institutions to drive research and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and successfully executing complex technology transitions.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks (Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) with the ability to forecast future trends.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and C-level executives.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on innovation and creative problem-solving.
