Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with company goals, focusing on emerging tech integration for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global market shifts and technological advancements to identify high-impact opportunities for innovation and growth.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research initiatives to prototype and validate future-state technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future scenarios into actionable insights for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and talent allocation to support long-term strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies to maintain a first-mover advantage in the 2026 market landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product strategy within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and successfully executing multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, or other emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse teams across different time zones.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive audiences.
