Your Mission:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical future tech and practical application. You will guide our engineering teams in adopting emerging technologies that will define the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the implementation of next-generation technology stacks for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Synthetic Biology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven workflows into legacy systems.
- Mentor and coach a team of high-performing software engineers and data scientists.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Monitor industry trends to identify disruptive innovations relevant to our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven experience with futuristic or emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Quantum Simulators, AR/VR SDKs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
