Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with global business objectives.
- Lead architectural design for scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into feasible technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration to enterprise-grade cloud environments, ensuring zero-downtime transitions.
- Establish governance frameworks for data security and compliance in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Technical Product Management.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives for enterprise-level organizations.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor senior engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
