Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-end 2D and 3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and web experiences.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and account managers to translate creative briefs into compelling visual assets.
- Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Maya to produce animation sequences.
- Optimize animations for various resolutions and platforms to ensure seamless performance.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all deliverables.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers on best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D motion design and visual effects.
- Proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya) and compositing tools (After Effects).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color theory, and animation principles.
- Experience working in an agency or in-house creative team environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
