Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-quality 2D character animations, keyframes, and in-betweening sequences.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all digital assets and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with directors, writers, and designers to translate scripts into visual stories.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, and After Effects.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior animators to foster team growth.
- Optimize animation files for various platforms without compromising visual fidelity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in character animation and storytelling.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate).
- Deep understanding of the 12 principles of animation and timing/space.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
