Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance 2D rendering pipelines and software engines.
- Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to translate visual concepts into efficient code.
- Implement and debug advanced shader effects and particle systems for 2D environments.
- Conduct rigorous performance profiling and memory optimization to ensure 60FPS+ stability on all devices.
- Maintain and extend the existing graphics library, ensuring compatibility across multiple platforms (Web, Desktop, Mobile).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in 2D graphics and propose innovative technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics programming or game engine development.
- Expert proficiency in C++ and experience with low-level graphics APIs (OpenGL, DirectX, or Vulkan).
- Strong understanding of computer graphics principles, including rasterization, blending, and texture mapping.
- Familiarity with 2D physics engines and animation libraries.
- Experience with cross-platform development and performance tuning for mobile devices.
