Responsibilities
- Architect and implement complex 2D interactive components using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and the Web Animations API.
- Optimize rendering performance to achieve 60fps animations across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive prototypes.
- Maintain and refactor legacy 2D rendering engines to ensure scalability and code maintainability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Debug complex rendering issues and implement solutions for cross-browser compatibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a specific focus on 2D graphics and animation.
- Deep expertise in the HTML5 Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and CSS animations.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience with performance profiling tools (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse) and optimization techniques.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
