Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML systems using state-of-the-art architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for our core AI products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from prototype development to production deployment and monitoring.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and system architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
