Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of transactions in real-time.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety in all AI deployments.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
