Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI outputs are unbiased and secure.
- Research Integration: Stay at the forefront of industry research, integrating cutting-edge methodologies into our production pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Architecture: Proven track record designing microservices and scalable cloud architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions.
