Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks tailored for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to define the technical vision for our 2026 product releases, focusing on edge computing and predictive analytics.
- Optimize Neural Workflows: Engineer efficient data pipelines and algorithmic strategies to minimize latency and maximize computational throughput.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, evaluating and integrating breakthroughs in generative AI and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
- Language Model Expertise: Demonstrated success in training Large Language Models (LLMs) or implementing NLP solutions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
