Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for maximum performance, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in Neural Networks, NLP, and Spatial Computing to drive innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Neural Network architectures, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying complex AI models into production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
