Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead experiments with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to drive product innovation.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance codebases that minimize latency and maximize throughput for real-time AI inference.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement best-in-class security protocols for AI model training and deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
