Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Optimize Model Performance: Lead research initiatives to improve inference speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency of AI models.
- Future-Proofing: Develop strategies for integrating emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic chips into existing AI workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Algorithmic Knowledge: Deep understanding of neural network architectures, backpropagation, and optimization algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
