Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the deployment and fine-tuning of Generative AI models, optimizing for latency, cost, and accuracy.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into legacy systems and cloud-native environments using modern microservices.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the long-term AI strategy and product vision.
- Risk Management: Identify potential biases and security vulnerabilities in AI models and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) and RAG architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
