Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI advancements and next-gen neural architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
