Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for AI systems leading up to and through the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure and neural network architectures.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience designing LLMs, RAG systems, or Generative AI solutions.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
