- Lead the strategic planning and technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting 2026 capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core business solutions.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure the ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of all AI models.

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision for AI systems, aligning with the 2026 roadmap.
- Architect high-performance, fault-tolerant machine learning systems for global scale.
- Drive the adoption of state-of-the-art frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and MLOps practices.
- Cultivate technical talent through mentorship, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment, including bias and security.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across the organization.
