Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for 2026 applications.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal research projects focusing on Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, and predictive analytics models.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models to ensure efficiency and accuracy in real-world deployment scenarios.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI division, aligning engineering capabilities with business goals and future market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into core business platforms seamlessly.
- Patent & Publication Strategy: Lead the initiative to publish groundbreaking research and secure patents for novel algorithms and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Language Models: Demonstrated experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or custom foundation models.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems and optimizing algorithms for performance and latency.
- Leadership: Strong mentorship skills with a history of leading high-performing engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
