Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems targeted for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable development tasks.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, specifically focusing on generative AI and edge computing advancements.
- Oversee code reviews, system testing, and deployment processes to maintain the highest standards of software quality.
- Define best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
