Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical planning for AI capabilities targeted for the 2026 release cycle, identifying emerging trends and technologies.
- System Architecture: Design and implement high-performance, scalable AI architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and complex model inference.
- Model Research & Deployment: Oversee the research, development, and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of architecting large-scale systems that have gone from prototype to production.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
