Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for AI initiatives leading up to and beyond the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers to design scalable, robust machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance across global distributed networks.
- Research and prototype emerging AI technologies (e.g., Transformer models, Edge AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year technical projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
