Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision and strategy for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant, and high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of core AI products, from prototype to deployment.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects within the team.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Continuously research and evaluate new AI frameworks, libraries, and hardware accelerators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
