Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design scalable and robust deep learning architectures optimized for the specific hardware constraints of 2026-era computing environments.
- Lead Strategic AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms with classical machine learning pipelines to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Optimize Inference Latency: Implement cutting-edge techniques to reduce computational overhead and improve real-time processing speeds for large language models.
- Drive Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce governance protocols to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety in autonomous decision-making systems.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Conduct high-level code reviews and technical workshops to elevate the engineering standards of the entire AI division.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Continuously research emerging technologies (e.g., synaptic computing, holographic interfaces) to integrate them into our core product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Computational Neuroscience.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with neuromorphic hardware or quantum simulation libraries is highly desirable.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle petabyte-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
