Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Deep Learning models optimized for edge computing and low-latency neural interfaces.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically tuned for multi-modal reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into autonomous vehicle fleets and smart city infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and explainability in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference speeds to meet the strict latency requirements of real-time decision-making.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a portfolio of published research or production-grade applications.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum-inspired algorithms or advanced optimization techniques is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
