Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for our 2026 roadmap.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment of machine learning models into cloud environments, optimizing inference latency and cost.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI research papers into practical engineering solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize existing models and data pipelines for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and make architectural trade-offs.
