Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning pipelines for large-scale applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for our AI roadmap, focusing on future-proofing our architecture for the 2026 horizon.
- Optimize data processing workflows and model inference engines for maximum performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience in designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and data governance principles.
