Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for next-gen applications.
- Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through aggressive pruning and quantization.
- Integrate AI agents into existing enterprise workflows to automate complex decision-making processes.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI and multimodal systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on architectural patterns and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
