Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads by 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Deep Learning and Machine Learning models.
- Optimize neural network architectures for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and AI ethics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
