Core Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution.
- Lead the design and implementation of fine-tuning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance domain-specific reasoning.
- Optimize inference latency and model throughput for edge and cloud deployment environments.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate research concepts into production-ready software.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI agent behaviors to ensure safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
