Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable Machine Learning pipelines tailored for 2026 workloads, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-frequency trading and real-time decision-making systems.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering, with a focus on developing production-grade AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
