Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning infrastructure for the 2026 platform roadmap.
- Lead research and development into next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Establish MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for continuous model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Guide the engineering team in adopting the latest frameworks and futuristic tech stacks.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and bias mitigation in all model outputs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of shipping models.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs or generative AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Excellent communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.
