Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-level data workloads.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI models and NLP solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal learning) and integrate them into our roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers to define AI features that deliver measurable business value.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
