- System Scalability: Architect high-availability systems that can handle massive data throughput and millions of concurrent users.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee MLOps implementation, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines and efficient cloud resource management.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI outputs are transparent, unbiased, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- LLMs & GenAI: Proven experience working with transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
