Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural framework for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into deployable products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
- Optimize existing neural network architectures to improve inference speed and reduce computational costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, and AGI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
