Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure the ethical, transparent, and responsible deployment of AI systems, adhering to global compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like Quantum Computing interfaces and Neuromorphic engineering.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data pipelines.
