Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models focused on deep learning and generative adversarial networks.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects aimed at achieving Artificial General Intelligence by 2026, including natural language processing and computer vision advancements.
- Optimize Computational Efficiency: Drive improvements in model inference speed and reduce energy consumption for large-scale deployments.
- Ensure Ethical AI Standards: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex research into market-ready products.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Model Development: Proven track record of developing and deploying state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) or multimodal AI systems.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on architectural scalability and robustness.
