Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable GenAI and LLM pipelines optimized for high-throughput inference.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging foundation models and fine-tuning strategies.
- Define best practices for prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data privacy, and robustness in all deployed models.
- Drive technical mentorship for junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (5+ years of relevant experience considered).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and RAG architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
