Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models optimized for real-time inference on distributed edge networks.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, security experts, and product managers to define technical roadmaps for Project 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a CI/CD environment.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and memory optimization to ensure 99.99% system availability.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into the core architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building production-grade AI systems, specifically with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of parallel computing, GPU optimization (CUDA), and distributed training strategies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system design projects and managing technical debt.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
