Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, state-of-the-art neural network architectures for autonomous agents.
- Lead the technical roadmap for the 'Project 2026' initiative, ensuring alignment with futuristic technological standards.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience deploying AI models to production at scale using Kubernetes and AWS/Azure.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
