Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance machine learning infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and engineering of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Establish architectural guidelines for AI governance, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
- Optimize deep neural networks for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
