Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of large-scale machine learning models, focusing on inference speed and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, large-scale projects.
