Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML architectures for large-scale data processing and model deployment.
- Model Optimization: Focus on reducing inference latency and improving model accuracy for real-time applications.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve in AI trends, specifically focusing on LLMs and Reinforcement Learning.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to seamlessly integrate AI models into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically in ML infrastructure.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
