Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Optimization: Develop and optimize cutting-edge neural network architectures to achieve state-of-the-art accuracy in real-time environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- MLOps Strategy: Establish robust MLOps pipelines to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Execution: Define technical milestones and drive the execution of the 2026 product roadmap with precision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- System Design: Proven ability to design large-scale, fault-tolerant systems for high-concurrency environments.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
