Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models for our flagship Project 2026 initiatives.
- Define best practices for data pipeline optimization and model deployment in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product management, engineering, and designâto translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical rigor.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system reliability and security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing readiness) into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs or PhD preferred).
