Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning infrastructure tailored for future computing paradigms.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced AI models, focusing on generative intelligence and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance across all projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to integrate into the 2026 product roadmap.
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is highly desirable.
