Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures tailored for 2026-era computing demands.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in developing proprietary algorithms for natural language processing and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Research emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure Chronos AI remains ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the future of technology.
